Michael and Mags bid you a warm welcome to their beautiful Victorian cottage set in the picturesque village of Pittenweem in the East Neuk of Fife, near to the world famous St. Andrews.
Situated between the stunning coastline and the open countryside, both within minutes walking distance, you can experience arguably the most beautiful (as well as sunniest and driest) area in Scotland.
Our bedrooms are individually designed with a contemporary feel. We have 1 Double Bedroom and 1 Family/Twin Bedroom both with en-suite facilities, open all year. We also have 1 other Family Bedroom with a private Bathroom, which is available in July and August. All our bedrooms are on the ground floor.
All bedrooms have a hospitality tray with biscuits, chocolates, mineral water and Pringles. Remote control colour TV, luxury toiletries in the bathroom, clock radio and a hairdryer. Irons and ironing boards, and a snack menu are also available.
We operate a no-smoking rule throughout the house.
Transfers from Edinburgh airport and local bus/train stations are available at a pre-arranged rate.
Full Scottish Breakfast is our speciality and should not be missed! We have a varied Vegetarian selection also. Other diets can be catered for. Packed lunches can be ordered with prior notice.
Whether it’s the Blue Flag beaches, historic buildings and sights, the array of sport and leisure activities, the Fife Coastal Path, Scotland’s best fish and chip shop, the famous Pittenweem Arts Festival, numerous galleries, sights from the “The Weem Witch” book by Leonard Low, or experiencing one of Scotland’s last remaining fishing fleets land their catch, you aren’t likely to have a dull moment at “Rooms @ 25″ where a friendly welcome awaits you.
